Redstart designed, manufactured and installed this project with our partners LE Controls.
The Project
To facilitate the introduction of JEA (Jaguar Electric Architecture) into the production line facilities in Liverpool, modifications were required to the existing 608 door carriers.
The project work involved working with the new customer 3D Product CAD, understanding interfaces, applying best practice design and for the most efficient cost effective ways to manufacturing using our comprehensive CNC machine shop.
These parts will then be installed onto the door carriers onsite, at Halewood, Liverpool.
